The SBAC Circa 1994

Home to my first studio and introduction to the wilds of the RVA Arts community, anyone else remember Shockoe Bottom Arts Center?

Here it is, as it was, before it sported a rooftop pool and upscale apartments; before it moved and morphed into the Petersburg Regional Art Center.
